Break / Fix Support (Short Term Support) We have experience troubleshooting various server, workstation/laptop, network/infrastructure equipment & software. To expedite vendor warranties, we can work with them so you the client, can concentrate on your business and not waste valuable time on the phone going through the extensive troubleshooting procedure lists that most vendors require before dispatch.
Client Partnering (Long Term Support) In addition
to providing short-term solutions as computer "break / fix" or
addressing other immediate needs, we also recommend long term
technological solutions, which will benefit your business in the medium
to long term. (We prefer to address the underlying problems that may
exist, rather than repeatedly fixing the same problem over and over.
This is more efficient for the client both time wise and financially.)
We're always available to discuss client needs and we routinely meet
with our clients for open discussions on improving their computer
operations and streamlining their business. We welcome feedback from

Emergency 24/7 Support & Scheduled Work After Hours We are available to come in after normal business hours including weekends, if applicable, to minimize interfering with our client's daily operations. We're also available during and after hours for emergency support.
